Different markings can be applied to the knobs of Donoyer walking canes :

Responsibility mark.
Constituting the manufacturer's signature.
Height : 1.25 mm
Width : 6.3 mm

 

Swiss hallmark denoting Swiss origin.
This hallmark, which depicts the head of a Saint Bernard dog, is Switzerland’s official guarantee of the fineness mark.
Height : 0.8 mm
Width : 1 mm

 

Fineness mark.
The marking is expressed in thousandths and Arabic numerals.

 

The Common Control Mark of the “Vienna Convention”.
This mark guarantees the standard of fineness of the product and is recognised internationally.
